Returns or refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any claim:

• Video must start before opening the package

• Package label should be clearly visible

• Damage/issue must be clearly shown

Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
