Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, broken, or incorrect upon delivery.

• You provide a proper unboxing video proof clearly showing the package being opened from the start without any cuts or edits.

Important Conditions

• The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • Shipping label visible

  • Complete opening process

  • Damage or issue clearly visible

• Claims without video proof may not be accepted.

• Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products

• Products damaged after delivery

• Custom or personalized items

• Claims made without valid proof

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
